Human being does work to live out and they have their private life because human has sociality. Both work and life are important to live out but they are on the trade-off relationship. Because keeping the balance between work and life is too hard, in has been interested by academic and practical areas.
In this study, we focus on key findings between Work-Life Balance (below WLB) and Job engagement. Also, we tested the relationship by Social Media such as smartphone, PDA and so on. As we know in general, it is essential for human to keep and optimize mental and physical stability.
In this study, we aim to examine the effect of Consequences of Work-Life Balance (WLB) on Job Engagement (JE) with usage of Social Media as a moderator variable. To do so, we try to find elements of WLB and JE and verifying their relationships.
We aim to deliver contributions to academic and practical fields. For the academic field, we are going to suggest the new perspective of firm level Work-life balance on Job Engagement while existing researches were not able to consider the role of Social Media.
