Due to the rapid growth of the cloud computing service market and the development of related technologies, the number of cloud service brokerage firms supporting users’ various needs is also increasing. However, there are few studies on actual users or standardized models. Thus, the purpose of this study is to devise a standard platform for CSBs (cloud service brokerages) willing to develop platforms.
This study collected preceding research data related to cloud service brokerage/cloud broker platform or support, analyzed related items and functions, compared the architecture models of CSB firms with over 8 years of service experience, and classified standard platform items.
In addition, this study compared the platforms of existing studies with those of actual CSB firms to classify the items that could be standardized and propose a standard platform for CSB service.
Propose a standard platform for CSB.
