Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum based on the C-mooc instructional model developed to improve the effective learning of K-mooc. As a result, it is expected that the creativity and personality of learners will be improved through creativity & personality curriculum as a large public emphasis. The goal of this study was to develop an arts and culture image program based on a C-mooc interaction model in an effort to improve the artistic and cultural competences, creativity and character of college students. Literatures related to the artistic and cultural competences of college students were analyzed, and the concept of artistic and cultural competences for Korean university students were defined.
