Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a national R&D data-based request information analysis platform which performs analysis expert-matching and provides analysis data to users who have difficulties in obtaining national R&D data and conducting professional analysis.

When a user requests data analysis through a platform, an expert asks for analysis through the request board. The manager chooses the requested analyzer by identifying his/her suitability, after chosen, the expert performs national R&D information analysis using the functions of platform. The complete information is shared with the user who performs final analysis.

The existing researches of national R&D analysis automatically provides related R&D analysis information by using automated algorithm and extracting the research and issues that provide network information visualization. This research matches an appropriate expert to a user’s request and provides user-customized analysis information.

This study proposes a national R&D information analysis platform through which a user performs all process from the information analysis request to the creation of expert’s analysis result.
