The restaurant owner has a sense of well-being, and the ability to improve one`s feelings depends on whether the quality of life can be improved or improved depending on whether or not the quality of life in Korea can be improved by the traditional Korean buffet restaurant. These results are in agreement with those of previous researches suggesting that emotional intelligence and LMX are related to each other, and it was found that the members with high emotional intelligence had a good relationship with not only their employees but also all of them. It was found that restaurants with high emotional intelligence had a good relationship with their colleagues as well as with their seniors. The threshold of this study is somewhat of a stretch to establish a causal relationship, as the timing of this study is conducted in a cross-line study on all variables.
