This research is to search for the possibility of utilizing diaspora as a concept tool of social communication by identifying the present signification and applying the understanding of human rights. Therefore, a interdisciplinary consideration is required surpassing as a target for any given scholastic area research. In some sense, the history of western modern time capitalism is the history of colonialism, and the history of colonialism is the history of diaspora. From modern time society where not from the aspects of an ethnic dispersion or from a national imbalance, there has been attempts in search of favorable functions of diaspora. Therefore, there is a need for the endeavor to a communicational principal within the society for a common realization of value and of its practice. By the concept of human rights, diaspora may be faithful to its role.
From time to time, logical and objective assessment is less a problem solver than an emotional understanding. The view of facing the problems of diaspora refugee, is anticipated to be supplemented from directions of such views.
