The objectives of this study were analysis of the secondary metabolite products and evaluation antimicrobial activity. Twenty four bioactive compounds were identified in methanolic extract of Morganella morganii. GC-MS analysis of Morganella morganii revealed the existence of the Phenyl-β-D-glucoside, Carbamic acid, phenyl ester, 1, 5-Pentanediamine, Hydrazinecarboxylic acid, phenylmethyl ester, 2, 5-Dimethyl 1-pyrroline, 1-Butene, 4-methoxy, p-Dioxane-2, 5-dimethanol, Acetamide, N, N’-ethylenebis (n-nitro, 2-Pentanamine, Heptane, 1-chloro, Propanoic acid, 3-amino-2-methyl, 1-Heptanamine, (3-Ethoxy-4, 5-dihydro-isoxazol-5-ylmethyl)-amine, 6-Methyl-3-phenethylsulfanyl-[1.2.4]triazin-5-ol, 1-Hexanol, 4-methyl, Phenethylpropanamide, Thiophene, tetrahydro-, 1, 1-dioxide, 3-Methyl-1, 4-diazabicyclo[4.3.0] nonan-2, 5-dione, n, n’-Dibutylidene-hydrazine, Cyclopentane, pentyl and 2-Undecenoic acid. Euphorbia lathyrus (Crude) was very highly active (5.86±0.23) mm.
