The aims of our study was analysis of the secondary metabolite products. Twenty five bioactive compounds were identified in the methanolic extract of Bacillus subtilis. GC-MS analysis of Bacillus subtilis revealed the existence of the Phenyl-β-D-glucoside, Carbamic acid, phenyl ester, Phenol, 1, 5-Pentanediamine, 9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, phenylmethyl ester, 2-Pyrrolidinone, 2H-Pyran, tetrahydro2-(12-pentadecynyloxy), Benzeneethanamine, 2, 6-Dimethyl-8-oxoocta-2, 6-dienoic acid, methyl est, 2-Piperidinone, 3-(Prop-2-enoyloxy) dodecane, DI-[1, 3, 2]-oxazino[6, 5-f: 5’, 6’-H]quinoxaline, 3-[N-[2Diethylaminoethyl]-1-cyclopentenylamino], Pterin-6-carboxylic acid, 3-Trifluoroacet oxytetradecane, 3-Methyl-1, 4-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]nonan-2, 5-dione, Pyrrolo[1, 2-a]pyrazine-1, 4-dione, hexahydro, Cyclopentane, 1, 2-dipropyl, 2-Chloropropionic acid, decyl ester, n-Hexadecanoic acid, 3-Chloropropionic acid, heptadecyl ester, 12-Methyl-oxa-cyclododecan-2-one, 2H-benzocyclohepten-2-one, decahydro4a-methyl, Octadecanoic acid. Bacillus subtilis produce many important secondary metabolites with high biological activities. Based on the significance of employing bioactive compounds in pharmacy to produce drugs for the treatment of many diseases, the purification of compounds produced by Bacillus subtilis can be useful.
