The study aims to identify the associated factors of IHD between patients under 50 years old and to determine the relationship between associated factors of ischemic heart diseases patients and their dietary pattern. The findings from this research revealed that majority of the study sample (61.3%) were male aged (30.6%) middle adult group between (41-45) years, married, with low educational level. And also showed that the patients had sometime commitment to the dietary requirements, the most common modifiable risk factors were used a sexual stimulant medication (54.1%). All these factors were positively and significantly associated with the development of IHD.
