Effects of brain-based learning method on academic achievement of undergraduate students at the college of basic education

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effect of brain-based learning approach on the academic achievement of students at History Department in College of basic Education at the University of babylon. The sample consisted 128 students both genders divided into two groups. The experimental group includes 64 students and the control group includes 64 students. The effects of brain-based learning were assessed from the target context using quasi-experimental research approaches. The results showed that students who were exposed to bbLM received a higher degrees of academic achievement compared to the other group.
