Employee discipline and benefits is one of the most essential drivers of customer satisfaction and productivity. In this article the researcher studies the satisfaction level of employee benefits, discipline followed in the company and regarding the peer relationship maintained. Most of the articles reveal that good discipline in the working sport helps to achieve the aim of the company and also for the growth prospects in future. It is studied that smooth interpersonal relationship with peers strongly influences the company growth and increases the employee satisfaction and also employee loyalty.
