A study on HR department and MIS system followed in pharma companies

Functioning of an well established organization need the hard work of employees. Recruitment and selection is a long-lasting one and also a central aspect of HR Management. There was lot of problems needs to be handled by the HR department. This article focal point is on the functioning of human resource department and management information system followed in the organization. Maintaining an effective MIS leads to the victorious pathway to the organization. Data were collected from 120 employees using convenience sampling techniques.
