The main objective of this study is to evaluate job stressors of dental laboratory masters and to examine the relationship between job stress and organizational effectiveness. A survey was conducted through structured questionnaire for the dental laboratory masters working in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area, and data from 47 masters were utilized in the final analysis. To analyze the collected data. SPSS 21.0 was used.
Major results are as follows:
