to compare the efficacy of combination therapy ie cervical traction along with Infra red exposure simultaneously with cervical traction followed by infrared therapy exposure.
Experimental.
total of 52 patients were treated in which Group A-patients who received infrared exposure and cervical traction simultaneously for 20 min for 5 days.
patients who received cervical traction for 20 min followed by infrared lamp exposure for 20min for 5 days.
There is statistically significant difference in terms of the VAS, NDI score. there is significant difference in the effect of treatment between in combination therapy and therapy given individually
cervical traction along with heat therapy given in combination is more effective rather than give two therapy individually.
