The aim of this study is to analyze the efficacy of ultrasound therapy and taping technique in the management of patellofemoral pain for this purpose 50 individuals were selected with the complain of pain due to patellofemoral arthritis. The individuals age between 40 to 65 years including 21 males and 29 females. Two groups were formed including 25 individuals in each group. Before starting the treatment both groups were assessed using the oxford knee score then one group was to be treated with ultrasound therapy and the other group was treated with taping technique. After the treatment sessions both groups were assessed again by using the oxford knee score to check the significance of ultrasound therapy and taping technique.
