Along with conventional therapy the Experimental group subjects received active release technique, 3 sets of 10 repetitions per session for 4 days per week.this study was performed for 3 weeks. Outcomes measures were SPADI.
Subjects receiving MFR along with conventional therapy showed reduction in symptoms with an improvement in the quality of life.
The results indicate that Active release technique with conventional therapy is more effective than conventional therapy alone in the management of upper cross syndrome
