To determine the level of patient satisfaction during outpatient treatment at the musculoskeletal OPD at Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Hospital, Kamothe.
In 2010, patients coming to the OPD for treatment were interviewed using a self made, examiner rated questionnaire, exploring the levels of satisfaction with the treatment.
Results: 100% positive results were garnered with respect to the environment.majority were satisfied with the overall quality of treatment. A few raised concerns over the cost of treatment
Since majority of the patients gave a positive feedback in all the components of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that they were satisfied with the overall quality of treatment they received.
