Abstract

The pain that accompanies such tasks limits participation in daily activities and sports. Knee joint is a unique hinge joint with an intricate design of all soft tissues. To find the effectiveness of functional rehabilitation training in knee pain on females and improves functional capacity and psychological well being. To reduce the difficulty of squatting, stairs climbing, walking by this functional rehabilitation programme and make them active participation life style.30 Females with functional difficulty and pain selected n=15 in each study and control group. Age 25–45 years selected randomly in outpatient physical therapy government hospital.Among 3 weeks rehabilitation protocol study group is more effective when compare to control group in functional score and pain scale(VAS).
