The effect of Cu and Fe applied singly and in combination on yield and their uptake by wheat was studied. The results indicated that the addition of Cu and Fe increased the grain and straw yield of wheat upto 5 and 10 ppm levels, respectively. Copper concentration increased with its addition wheras it decreased with Fe levels. The content of Fe increased significantly with the application of iron where as Cu depressed it. Cu/Fe ratio decreased with incresing levels of Fe and increased with Cu addition.
