Abstract

Bark sap was extracted from buddable wood of Citrus limon (L) Burn. cv. Kagzi Kalan. Two gram bark samples, were used for extraction and purification of phenolics and ABA-like substances over a period of one year, divided in various seasons of active and inactive growth periods. Higher level of activity for both the substances was recorded during inactive growth period as compared to that of active period of growth.
