Abstract

Moist sand conditioning drying (MSC-D) and moisture equilbration soaking drying (ME-S-D) treatments with cowpea (Vigna unguiculata cv. LAFA) greatly reduced the loss of vigour and viability of the seeds under accelarated ageing condition which was also supported by some physiological and biochemical studies.
