Multiple cropping with high yielding short duration varieties of cotton had resulted in the deficiency of major and micro-nutrients in the soil. Deficiency of these nutrients in soil has now become one of the major constraints in getting higher seed cotton yield. Therefore, maintaining high yield, through use of concentrated high grade fertilizers, may necessiate the use of micro-nutrients also in crop production. The present study was, therefore, undertaken to determine the response of cotton to micro-nutrients and nitrogen.
