Six cultures of lablab bean were dibbled during July, August, September and October in 1992 and 1993 and it was observed that lablab bean required more days to flower (121 to 146) and mature (150 to 170) when sown in July than when sown in August, September or October in both the years. October sown crop required relatively less number of days to flower (80 to 87) and mature (102 to 109). It is seen from the results that variations in night temperature, duration of photoperiod, sunshine hours and humidity largely influence the duration of the crop in different seasons.
