Effect of Age of Seedlings and Nitrogen Levels on The Growth and Yield of Mahsuri

The maximum grain yield (37S3 kg/ha) was obtained in the treatment having 40 days old seedlings with 80 kg N/ha. This was followed by the treatment with 30 days old seedlings and 80 kg N/ha. These higher yields were also associated with the increased yield components. The yield and its components were the lowest in case of 20 days old seedlings
