Four cultivars of mango were selected to find out the morphological and compositional differences in their fruits. It was noted that Langra possessed bigger sized fruits with a very high pulp stone ratio but the lowest density. Chausa and Dashehari were found to be rich in their sugar content and possessed higher density than Langra. Dashehari and Malaviya Bhog showed maximum total soluble solids. The study suggested that the fruits of these four cultivars did show some differences.
