Effet of BA and GA3 on stomatal resista NCE of maize leaf under waterlogging
Abstract
Leaf diffusive resistance was observed before, during and after waterlogging in maize (Zea mays L. var composite Ganga 5) plants sprayed with BA and GA3 solutions. BA and GA3 increased leaf diffusive resistance before waterlogging. Leaf diffusive resistance increased under iooding and such increases were effectively reduced with GA3. GA3 reduced diffusive resistance more during recovery period.
