Callus induction was achieved from internodal segments of coleus potato on MS basal medium supplemented with 1-4 mg/1 BAP and 3-6 mg/1 NAA. Shoots were successfully regenerated from 9-12 weeks old calli when subcultured on basal medium containing BAP (3-4 mg/1) and NAA (2 mg/1).
