Presowing electric current treatment of seeds affected plant growth, sex expression and yield in Lagenaria siceraria. Electric current treatment decreased the vegetative growth significantly. The highest number of female flowers per plant, the lowest male to female sex ratio and maximum yield per plant were observed at 150 mA treatment.
