An experiment was conducted to find out the effect of ethrtl on yield and ripening in hot chillies. From the results it was observed that post harvest foliar application of ethrelat a concentration of 250 ppm and above increased the red ripe fruit yield of variety Punjab Lai and Ludhiana Long Selection.
