Abstract

Field experiments were conducted for three years to study the response of Brasska napus (Gobbi Sarson) to foliar spray of Chlorocholine chloride (0,80,250 and 500 ppm) and ethrel (0,500,1000 and 1500 ppm) at variable levels of nitrogen (0,50 and 100 kg/ha). Brasska napus responded significantly to CCC 250 or ethrel 500 ppm at 50 keN ha−1. At 100 ke N ha−1, significant increase in yield was obtained with CCC 500 ppm or ethrel 1000 ppm. The crop did not respond to CCC and ethrel spray in the absence of N application.
