Abstract

The influence of various levels of zinc on the activity of ribonuclease (RNAse) was investigated in French bean. It was observed that the activity of the enzyme (RNAse) increased with the reduction in the level of zinc. Plants grown with lowest level of zinc had highest activity of the enzyme.
