Abstract

The dry matter yield of berseem (Trifolium alexandrinum) grown on light textured soil in greenhouse, increased significantly with Fe and Mo application upto 10 ppm and 1 ppm, respectively. Iron and molybdenum treatments improved their respective contents and uptake while that of Mo decreased by Fe application. Higher levels of Mo tended to reduce the concentration and uptake of iron by the plant.
