Changes in protease and ß-amylase activity in seeds of sorghum during germination and storage were investigated. It was observed that there was increase in activities of both protease and ß-amylase during germination. In both cases maximum activities were observed on the sixth day of germination. There was decrease in both protease and ß-amylase activity during storage.
