A pot culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of different levels of ESP on survival, growth and mineral composition of aonla seedlings. Survival of seedlings growth and the content of foliar N,P,K, Ca and Mg decreased significantly with increasing levels of sodicity above 30 ESP, whereas, the concentrtion of Na and Na/K, Na/Ca and Na/Mg ratios exhibited a reverse trend. Specific leaf injury symptom due to Na toxicity (above 30 ESP) were also observed.
