Abstract

Cobalt relationship was studied in clusterbean in pot culture using four levels each of Co and P. Application of 2 mg kg−1 Co increased the green foliage and dry matter yield but 4 mg kg−1 decreased it. Yield of clusterbean increased linearly with increasing levels of applied P upto 40 mg kg−1. The content and uptake of Co and P in plants increased with their respective application. Increasing levels of P and Co decreased the content of each other. Application of P increased Co uptake while P uptake increased with 1 mg Co kg−1 only by the crop.
