Two field trials were conducted for two ye:lrs (1983 and 1984) to control the Myro-thecium leaf spot and pod blight of soybean. Fungicides were sprayed twice at an interval of 12–15 dais starting from appearance of the diseases. Mancozeb gave best control of leaf spot as well as pod blight. It also resulted in maximum grain yield and seed index.
