Life-fertility tables and stable age distribution of groundnut leafminer (GLM) were prepared form the daily fecundity and survival data of a cohort in the laboratory. The net reproductive rate (Ro) was more than one in all the three generations indicating increase in the population of GLM. The intrinsic rate increase (rm) in three generations were 0.0495, 0.0115 and 0.0365, respectively. The instantaneous birth rate (b) was 0.0958 and death rate (d) was 0.0592. In the present study, immature stages contributed around 94 percent for the stable age distribution of the population. Weekly multiplication rate decreased from first to third generations. All the parameters, indicated that the more number of eggs reached the adult stage in first generations than in other generations. There was gradual increase in parasitisation of larvae from first to third generation.
