Abstract

A detailed study on the induction of resistance against Alternaria helianthi (Hansf.) et Nish was carried out during tht present investigation. Seed treatment with inducers like salicylic acid and Bion induced the systemic resistance in sunflower. Efficacy of Bion was found superior to salicylic acid in the induction of resistance.
