In an experiment conducted to determine the effect of hostnutrition on mungbean yellow mosaic virus, anthracnose, root rot and leaf crinkle virus, higher doses of potassium with standard doses of nitrogen and phosphorous reduced the disease significantly. Application of N: P: K @ 20:40:50 kg/ha gave the highest reduction in the incidence of all the four diseases.
