All the culture filtrates of Streptomyces avermitilis tested isolates significantly inhibited egg hatching of Meloidogyne incognita compared to distilled water. The isolate Comp I recorded the lowest larval hatching of 15.3 per cent compared to 67.9 percent in distilled water. The highest concentrations of Comp 1 isolate (1:5) recorded significantly maximum reduction (9.9) in the number of hatched out larvae and also recorded minimum hatching. The isolate Comp 1 recorded the maximum mortality of 83.0 per cent followed by Manp 1 and Comp 6 with larval mortality of 74.1 and 73.2 per cent, respectively. Comp 1 induced 50.5 per cent larval mortality even at six hours of exposure period and induced cent per cent mortality at 72 h of exposure. The isolate Comp I induced maximum mortality of Rolylenchulus reniformis of 71.8 per cent, followed by Manp 1 and Comp 6 which recorded mortality of 70.1 and 66.6 per cent, respectively. The isolate Comp I recorded 54.4 per cent mortality within six hours of exposure and increased to 92.2 per cent larval mortality after 72 h of exposure period.
