Abstract

Studies were carried out on persistance and residual toxicity of six different insecticides against first and third instar nymphs of okra jassid, Amarasca biguttula biguttula during Kharif 2007. Imidacloprid 0.004 per cent showed highest PT value of 431.5 and 367.3 and LT50 values to the tune of 2.73 and 1.67 days against first and third instar nymphs of A. biguttula biguttula as compared to other insecticides under investigation.
