Studies on the effect of some attractants on the foraging behaviour of major bee pollinators and yield attributes of mustard were carried out for three consecutive years during Rabi 2006–2007 to 2008–2009 at the Central Research Station of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar. The results indicated that two rounds of foliar sprays of sugar solution (10%) in mustard once at 10 per cent flowering stage and the second at 40–50 per cent flowering stage attracted more number of bees irrespective of the species. Similarly, the effect of attractant feeding on seed yield and oil content had no significant effect but it was the highest in plot receiving foliar spray of 10% sugar solution.
