Thirty tomato entries consisting of 23 Solanum lycopersicum, four S. pimpinellifolium, two S. lycopersicum var. cerasiforme and one S. peruvianum along with susceptible check Arka Vikas (S. lycopersicum) were screened for resistance to Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) under artificial inoculation condition. The test entries were grouped in to five distinct categories based on Disease severity index (DSI). Three entries viz., EC251790, EC620389 and EC625642 showed highly resistant reaction, while four entries viz., EC514006, EC615014, EC654284 and EC631430 exhibited resistant reaction.
