Diacrisia obliqua Walke reared on catserina (Barleria prionitis), sonapathi (Oroxylum indicum) and bharangi (Clerodendron siphonanthus) was tested in laboratory for insecticidal susceptibility. The insecticides included were malathion, monocrotophos, phorphamidon and dimethoate. On bharangi the larvae were found most susceptible for all the 4 insecticides in comparison to other hosts. Relative toxicity ratio within the host plants was minimum with monocrotophos (1.35) followed by phospharnidon (1.72), malathion (1.78) and dimethoate (2.14) at LC 50.
