Misuse of Insecticides in Relation to Forensic Toxicology

Data for eommon poisons used for homicide, auicide and otherwise associated with criminal cases, obtained from state and central forensic science laboratories, have been prese-nted for the last 13–14 years in respect of 10 states ahd 2 union territories of India. The final analysis of total human poisoning revealed the highest incidence by insecticides, followed by vegetable poisons and synthetic drugs.
