Abstract

Out of 32 varieties of baeley tested. none of them was found to be immune to the aphid Rhopolesiphum maidis and shootfly Atherigonanaqvii BM 6 was found to be least susceptible to aphid during 1978.79 and 1979–80. KN.80 ROBt and HP 104 were observed to be least susceptible to shootfly in both years
