The goal of this research is to compare the level of solitary and ostracize worry between orphanage children and non-orphanage children according to children's apperception test. This is a causal-comparative study and the population consist the whole boys and girls students aged 7 to 10 years, that have been chosen from two schools and all the children (boys and girls) who lived at least one year at a boarding orphanage centre in Tehran. The sample includes 50 children between the age of 7–10, that 23 of them were in orphanage group and 27 child's in non-orphanage group. The research is based on children apperception test. Statistics analysis has been done based on Chi-square and the results show that (P >0/05) frequency of solitary worry in orphanage children is more than regular children, but the frequency of ostracize worry, in regular children is more.
