Comparing the Level of Adolescents Behavioral Problems in Normal and Divorced Families

Abstract

As the present study is conducted to compare the level of behavioral problems in normal and divorced families in Sari during 2012–13, it is a causal-comparative type of study and the adolescents = ideas about their problem is collected by questionnaire and is analyzed. The statistical population includes the whole 8520 female and male students of district 1 of Sari high schools. The Sample includes 366 of them who were chosen based on random sampling by use of Karji and Morgan table that include 196 female and 170 male students. The questionnaire was distributed to all considered samples and then collected and analyzed. The results indicate a significant difference between the problems of students in normal and divorced families and most of the problems in divorced families were related to the family and mental problems.
