Abstract

A herbal preparation, A1quemat ImmuPlus, was fed to broilers for 10 days from 11th to 20th day of age. Upon administration of Gumboro vaccine on the 14th day of age, antibody titres significantly enhanced as compared to identical control group without ImmuPlus feeding. The comparative mean titre increase was 661.6% higher in the ImmuPlus fed group than in the control group. Thus, Alquernat ImmuPlus was found very useful to significantly enhance the immune response to effectively control morbidity and mortality in poultry against Gumboro disease.
