Effect on perfonnance and important biochemical parameters of fortified Choline Chloride supplementation were studied in broilers during 0 to 5 weeks. Two hundred broilers were allotted to three treatments of Choline Chloride supplementation and one as control. Significant (P<0.05) increase in weight gain in T1 group in 2nd and 5th week was reCorded, whereas F.C.R. showed non significant improvement in T1 group only. Other two treatments resulted in numerical decrease in weight gain and F.C.R. Analysis of economic benefit revealed increased net gain at an appropriate level only, while higher level of supplementation lead to negative perfonnance. Biochemical parameters such as protein, glucose & cholesterol did not show any significant change. In conclusion, fortified choline chloride (20%) supplementation at dose level of 250 glton of feed between 0 to 5 weeks improved perfonnance of broilers significantly.
